since my last post, I’ve ballooned to 169, and since then am down in the 155 range. I ditched my trainer, who decided that my body-builder body (one of few women who bulks! yay!) should be… built. Every time I came in complaining that even with so much fat loss my pants size was the same, he said, “no, you look good! walking lunges with ten pounds in each hand, go!” My legs got huge, 25 inches each thigh! That’s only 4 inches less than my waist! So now, I’m doing it my way, low-impact cardio cardio cardio. 2 miles of running today + 30 minutes on the precor “elliptical” (it’s a little different… you can choose your stride and I trust it’s calorie-counter much more).
Here’s to moving to China and actually being able to fit in the cute clothing!
