So, i finally decided to address the diet issue.
oh, yes, the DIET issue.
When you have yourself convinced that because you eat healthy, you’ll lose weight.
Then you realize that by healthy, you mean, a lot.
“she has a healthy appetite”
you see.
so, i’m doing a fairly incredible caloric slashing.
I’m not eating as much as I “should”
but the way I look at it, humans around the world are starving with the food shortage right now, women in Haiti pick through the trash for an hour to get a handful of coffee beans, wheat and rice has more than doubled in price,
I can do my part and at least sort of starve with them.
so, i’m at about 600-700 cals a day, except sunday, which is my “out to eat with the boyfriend or else he’ll go totally nuts” day. we had Indian yesterday. It was divine.
after going up to 167, my all time high ever, I realized that the weight lifting wasn’t enough. My trainer looked at my weight gain and said, “what the hell are you putting in your mouth?”
now, it’s pretty much a cup of cottage cheese and some veggies a day, and my boyfriend’s miso soup, which is excellent and low in cals.
also, a new pumpkin pie recipe which will be put up shortly. At 56-72 calories per serving, I think you should be more than kissing my feet, you should be licking them. eww?
so, i’m down a magical 5 pounds, i’m a little light headed, but damn, my waist looks gooooood.
