Hardest workout yet

My trainer totally rocks. Today we:

1. Did an 1/8 mile of walking lunges. Thats about 8 sets of 20! no weight though, this was about endurance.
2. Did 3 sets of 10 leg presses at 140 lbs! right after lunges! OW!
3. Went down to the b-ball court, where I had to go 2 lengths of power jumps, no momentum, pure explosive. They sucked, btw.
4.My trainer got on a towel, and made me grab a towel he was holding and pull him backwards, one length running(ish)
5. He got on a towel again, and wrapped one around my waist, and made me pull him pony style running(ish)
6. He grabbed a 25 lb. weight, wrapped it in a towel, and made me push it down the court and back. running. on all fours.
7. 10 jumps, no momentum, as high as I could jump.

The power jumps were the hardest because my abs still hurt from the crazy abs we did on tuesday, so i couldn’t get the distance i felt like i should. I didn’t know jumping would be so hard on abs!

    You are so lucky to have a trainer. Man that is on the list for when I get rich or out from under my mountain of debt.
